Interstate Warehouse Park Sold for $5,000,000

Sperry Properties, Inc. as exclusive commercial property broker for 15700 West Sixth, LLC announces the sale of the Interstate Warehouse Park to WC Johnson for $5,000,000. The Interstate Warehouse Park sold by Sperry Properties, Inc. is a two-building, 84,622 square foot, multi-tenant office/warehouse investment property located at 15700 W. 6th Avenue in Golden, CO. The sale price equaled a per square foot price of $59.08. Located near the intersection of West 6th Avenue and I-70, the commercial property featured high visibility signage, dock hi and drive in doors, and ceiling heights from 11' to 20'. Bryan Sperry of Sperry Properties, Inc. was initially retained as exclusive leasing agent for the two building office warehouse property. After successfully leasing over 36,000 square feet of available commercial space at the property, Bryan Sperry was further retained as exclusive sales agent culminating in the successful sale of the investment buildings.
