Chendi has been a team member at Sperry Properties since 2018. She is intimately familiar with our accounting systems and team. As accounting manager, she oversees all aspects of the accounting department including, financial planning and forecasting, cash planning, company budgets, setup of new projects and acquisitions, AP/AR maintenance, invoicing, check writing, all banking, deposits, payments, reconciliations, property management oversight, accounting and reporting. Chendi is originally from China and is fluent in multiple languages. She brings a model work ethic each and every day and defines what a professional should be. Chendi is critical part of the continued success of Sperry Properties.
